Otis Air Conditioning prides itself on personal service. The ‘on call’ telephone is manned by a real person 24 hours a day 365 days a year – ready to dispatch a Technician in any emergency night or day.

Although we continue to grow we do not wish to lose our friendly community identity, as all of our customers are important to us. In recognition of our responsibility to the local community we actively support many local charities including Breast Cancer, The Humane Society, NCVO, Cayman Islands Crisis Centre, Mr. Cayman, local sport, soccer, rugby, Little Miss Pageant and local schools to name a few.

Our Technicians have more than 125 years of experience between them and are always ready to help each other out by swapping information. All are trained in the installation of the new R410A systems.

Air Conditioning is in a period of transition – with the phasing out of the old type R22 refrigerant equipment. The reason behind changing the R22 refrigeration is quite simple - studies have shown they have a detrimental effect on the ozone layer resulting in excessive UV levels. As a result, the R22 refrigerants may contribute to further environmental damage.

Otis has been busy installing new equipment and systems using R410A across the island for the past two years. R410A has the benefit of a higher efficiency rating than existing R22 systems and uses approximately 60% less electricity – meaning utility savings all round.

Otis Air Conditioning operates from 36 Kingbird Drive – next right past the Conch Shell house on North Sound Road. We offer both wholesale and retail sales and therefore able to sell all parts directly to other contractors and to the general public. Otis Air Conditioning offers a popular Pre-Paid service agreement to its regular clients affording preferential prices too.
