C A S K Karate offers youth, adult co-ed and women class only lessons in karate. We have beginner, intermediate and black belt classes that are available all year. Persons can join at any time. They also have a chance to compete locally or internationally. CASK is affiliated with WADO Karate Associate of Canada and Shintani Karate Do which are highly recognised internationally.
